Love working out? Love water? Enjoy a beautiful view? Try the very first floating exercise class in the Hill Country!
This class features a variation of exercises including yoga, strength, and of course – balance. When you combine your workout with the natural elements of sunshine, water, and fresh air, you get the added benefits that nature provides.
All classes strengthen and tone your upper body, legs, core, and arms while keeping your mind at ease on the water. Includes elements of pilates, yoga, plyometrics, and tons of core work.
The water is a fun (and safe) place for you to put your fitness goals to the test, and it sure mixes up the everyday gym routine.
Classes start June 10th.
